Author Registration
Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following the presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.
Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased for $100 per additional paper. You will be able to select “Additional Paper Fees” during the registration process. You may only purchase one additional paper per registration.
Workshop ONLY, Student, and IEEE Life Member Registration fees do NOT cover paper publication.
Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased. At least (1) author of an accepted paper MUST be fully registered for the conference by August 19, 2024.
Invitation Letters
IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 14, 2024. An administrative fee of $50 USD will be deducted from each refund.
A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company until September 14, 2024. To transfer a registration please contact kmanning@conferencecatalysts.com. Please note that onsite, only the individual listed on the name badge can use the privileges provided by the paid fee.
